About Teeth Whitening
With the PAP whitening technology, the process is designed to be both effective and safe. Unlike traditional hydrogen peroxide-based products, PAP whitens teeth without releasing harmful free radicals, which means it doesn’t damage your enamel or cause gum irritation. Studies have shown that PAP effectively removes stains without the negative side effects associated with peroxide, such as tooth sensitivity and enamel erosion . However, while PAP whitening is generally safer, there are a few things to keep in mind: 1. Consult your dentist or dental hygienist: It’s always a good idea to check with your dental professional before starting any whitening treatment, especially if you have pre-existing dental conditions like cavities or gum disease. 2. Stick to the recommended usage: Overuse of any whitening product, including PAP-based formulas, can still lead to mild sensitivity. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully to ensure safe and effective results 3. In rare cases, you may notice temporary white spots on the surface of your teeth. These spots are not harmful and occur due to natural variations in the fluoride or calcium content of your enamel. Some areas of the tooth may lighten faster during the whitening process, creating a temporary uneven look. However, this effect usually disappears quickly as the enamel rehydrates and the overall color evens out. This is a common side effect of any whitening treatment and will fade on its own
A completed teeth whitening treatment usually lasts 1-2 years and your teeth will always be whiter than before the whitening treatment, but of course your teeth will darken over time due to the consumption of foods such as red wine, tea, cola, coffee, beetroot and smoking. In order to maintain the whiteness of your teeth, we recommend that you brush your teeth every 6-12 months.
Teeth whitening products are designed for the whitening of real tooth substance. Bridges, inlays, fillings etc. are lightened and discoloured, but only to the shade of the original filling.

Instasmile
When using the Whitening Pens for the first time, the gel must first be transported from the lower part of the pen to the applicator and brush. Since the Whitening Pens fill from the bottom to the top, the ejection of the gel requires about 20-40 actuations of the button on the bottom of the Whitening Pen. This process can be slightly accelerated if you hold the pen for a few minutes in the warm hand and the gel becomes more fluid.
